My personal road to wellness has grown into a passion for helping others! I’ve studied various dietary theories with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and I’ve tried my fair share of programs.

What's included in the challenge?

You’ll get daily check-ins, weekly weigh-ins, weekly FB lives with tips & tricks from me, mini-challenges and prizes, mindset work, plan book suggested assignments, podcast suggestions, and meal planning help.

How much time do I need to commit each week?

It is up to you how much you want to get out of the coaching. At the very least I suggest you check in daily to stay accountable. If you want to take advantage of the resources, it’s a good idea to set aside 1-2 hours each week to review them and apply them ๐Ÿ™‚ย 

How long is the challenge?

The Challenge is 6 weeks & runs from January 9th-February 19th


What is included in the hormone workshop?

Based off of my research & experience, I’ll teach you how to figure out if you need to balance your hormones or if you might need to supplement them. We’ll talk about lifestyle changes & foods to eat to help balance your hormones. We’ll also discuss ways to increase your GLP-1 naturally.

What is included in the emotional eating workbook?

Emotional eating tips & tricks to help you conquer this issue once & for all as well as inspirational quotes, podcast & video suggestions.

What is included in the Meal Planning Course?

The course is made up of 4 modules packed with video content, recipe guides, fun sheets to help you implement what you learn & more! The topics that are covered are creating an easy meal planning system so you can plan in under 15 minutes each week, planning for picky eaters & those with dietary restrictions, creating a master grocery list to save you time & $, & creating a busy meal plan so you have a plan B when your day doesnโ€™t go as planned (other than going through the drive-thru. You will have lifetime access to the course.
