What's included in the challenge?
You’ll get daily check-ins, weekly weigh-ins, weekly FB lives with tips & tricks from me, mini-challenges and prizes, mindset work, plan book suggested assignments, podcast suggestions, and meal planning help.
How much time do I need to commit each week?
It is up to you how much you want to get out of the coaching. At the very least I suggest you check in daily to stay accountable. I will have weekly assignments that will take no more than 1-2 hours per week.
How long is the challenge?
The Challenge is 6 weeks & runs from August 24th-September 28th
When will the emotional eating workbook be available?
The emotional eating workbook will be available once you sign up!
What is included in emotional eating workbook?
Weekly journaling prompts to help you figure out your emotional eating triggers, tips & tricks to help you overcome this as well as inspirational quotes, podcast & video suggestions.
What is included in the Meal Planning Course?
The course is made up of 4 modules packed with video content, recipe guides, fun sheets to help you implement what you learn & more! The topics that are covered are creating an easy meal planning system so you can plan in under 15 minutes each week, planning for picky eaters & those with dietary restrictions, creating a master grocery list to save you time & $, & creating a busy meal plan so you have a plan B when your day doesn’t go as planned (other than going through the drive-thru. You will have lifetime access to the course.
