What's included in the challenge?

You’ll get daily check-ins, weekly weigh-ins, weekly FB lives with tips & tricks from me, mini-challenges and prizes, mindset work, plan book suggested assignments, podcast suggestions, and meal planning help.

How much time do I need to commit each week?

It is up to you how much you want to get out of the coaching. At the very least I suggest you check in daily to stay accountable. If you want to take advantage of the resources, it’s a good idea to set aside 1-2 hours each week to review them and apply them ๐Ÿ™‚ย 

How long is the challenge?

The Challenge is 6 weeks & runs from November 6th-December 17th


When will the mindset workbook or hormone & gut health information be available?

They will be available a week after the group starts ๐Ÿ™‚

What is included in the mindset workbook?

Mindset tips & tricks to help you with your relationship with food and your body as well as inspirational quotes, podcast & video suggestions.

What is included in the Meal Planning Course?

The course is made up of 4 modules packed with video content, recipe guides, fun sheets to help you implement what you learn & more! The topics that are covered are creating an easy meal planning system so you can plan in under 15 minutes each week, planning for picky eaters & those with dietary restrictions, creating a master grocery list to save you time & $, & creating a busy meal plan so you have a plan B when your day doesnโ€™t go as planned (other than going through the drive-thru. You will have lifetime access to the course.

What's included in the hormone & gut health intensive?

You’ll get a handout with hormone & gut health info & resources as well as meal planning ideas to support your hormones & gut. You’ll also get access to a 3-day intensive where we’ll discuss ideas that will help teach you how to balance your hormones & heal your gut.ย
