Method
- Preheat oven to 350
- Cream butter and sweetener
- Add pumpkin, eggs, & extract
- Mix almond flour, baking blend, baking powder, salt, & seasonings
- Add dry ingredients to the wet
- Stir in chocolate chips (save white chocolate chips to add to cookies after baking or they will disappear ;)
- Drop cookies on a greased baking sheet
- Press down with palm of hand
- Bake for 5 minutes, turn the pan and bake for another 4 minutes
- Press in 2-3 white chocolate chips per cookie right after they come out of the oven
