Have an initial 50-minute phone consultation to set goals and make a plan, and weekly 15-30-minute phone calls to check in, stay on track, and troubleshoot.

Regular Check-ins

Have additional check-ins as needed via email or Messenger to get help, support, and answers to your questions.

Guidance and Feedback

Receive notes, feedback, and guidance on your menu planning, food and thought journaling, and progress tracking.
